The patio cover is thoughtfully designed with a built-in ceiling fan, outdoor TV, and a grand fireplace—perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying cozy evenings outdoors. Its elegant structure not only enhances the backyard’s aesthetic but also provides a sheltered retreat, making it the ultimate entertainment hub for every season.

Surrounding the patio is a modern crafted natural stone travertine pool deck, which radiates a sophisticated charm while providing durability and functionality. The soft hues of the travertine create a harmonious balance with the lush green backyard, which features freshly installed sod for a pristine, inviting look.
