Chatsworth Drive Project

Set on a sprawling luxury estate in Houston’s Memorial neighborhood, this project was all about creating a refined outdoor setting that matched the home’s elegance and scale. We started by installing fresh, vibrant sod throughout the property, instantly transforming the landscape with a crisp, uniform green canvas.

One of the standout features is the expansive hardscape design. We laid oversized 2×2 pavers in a striking diamond pattern that gives the space a modern, structured feel while maintaining a sense of openness. This layout not only defines walkways and gathering areas but also elevates the overall visual impact of the estate.

To soften the edges and bring life to every corner of the property, we planted a curated selection of premium landscaping plants and trees. The greenery was chosen for both beauty and longevity, creating a layered, well-balanced aesthetic that complements the architecture and provides seasonal interest year-round.

A full-property irrigation system was installed to ensure everything stays lush and healthy with minimal effort. Paired with a low-voltage outdoor lighting setup, the landscape now shines both day and night. Elegant lighting accents key features of the yard, highlights the paver patterns, and casts a warm glow around the home’s perimeter—perfect for evening strolls or entertaining guests outdoors.
