Waverly Street Project

This project redefined both the front and backyard with sleek, low-maintenance hardscaping. In the front yard, we upgraded the aging Black Star gravel driveway by incorporating a charcoal Hollandstone paver band to create a stylish and functional walkway. The refreshed gravel and new design provide a clean, cohesive look while maintaining accessibility for single or double-car parking.

In the backyard, we framed the basketball court with a Black Star gravel border, preparing the area for future expansion. The space features a contemporary staggered paver layout, which blends seamlessly with the front yard design. To enhance usability, we graded the yard, installed fresh St. Augustine sod, and added stepping-stone pathways leading to two distinct patio areas.

The first patio measures 7×7 and is made from Scandina Gray pavers, offering a cozy landing space. The larger patio serves as the main gathering area. This modern, streamlined transformation combines style with function, creating a polished outdoor space ready for everyday use.
