Pomeran Drive Project

This backyard was transformed from a sloped, uneven area into a functional and stylish outdoor retreat. The project began with releveling the entire yard, which involved removing 30 cubic yards of material and installing strategically placed catch basins to improve drainage. French drains were integrated with the existing gutter system to ensure proper water flow and protect the home’s foundation.

For a polished look, we installed Black Star gravel with chopstone edging around the house, combining aesthetics with functionality. Additionally, a new Belgard Dimensions 12 patio was added, featuring a charcoal soldier course border for an elegant touch.

The highlight of the project is a 10-foot aluminum pergola made from airplane-grade aluminum, offering unmatched durability. It is powder-coated for a sleek finish, making it rust-proof and fade-resistant, ensuring lasting beauty and shade.

As a result, this backyard is now a versatile, well-drained, and visually striking space, perfect for relaxation and entertaining.
