Landscaping Jobs
With a Small Houston Design-Build Crew.
We are a small Houston design-build team, which means the work you do is visible and the person who notices is standing next to you. If that sounds like the job you want, tell us.
- 01
Landscape Design
Designers who can walk a property, read grade and light, and produce 2D and 3D work a crew can build from — then sit with a homeowner and explain why it is drawn that way.
- 02
Project Management
Managers who own a schedule end to end: sequencing trades, keeping the site clean, catching a problem at base prep rather than at final walkthrough, and keeping the client informed the whole way.
- 03
Installation Crews
Hardscape, turf, sod, planting, irrigation, and lighting installers who care what the base looks like under a paver nobody will ever lift again.
- 04
Estimating & Operations
People who make the numbers and the logistics work — takeoffs, material ordering, deliveries, and equipment, so crews arrive to a job that is ready for them.
These are the disciplines we hire into rather than a list of current vacancies — openings change week to week. The roles we are actively hiring for right now are further down this page. Send us something anyway if none of them fit; we keep good people on file.
Four things,
in this order.
- 01You show up when you said you would.
- 02You would rather redo it than explain it away.
- 03You talk straight with homeowners and with each other.
- 04You want to get better at the trade, not just get through the day.
Experience matters, but it is not first on the list. We would rather train someone who shows up than manage someone who doesn’t.
Hiring now, for two seats.
No portal and no assessment. Each role has its own form below — it takes a few minutes, and a person here reads every one of them.

Sales Representative
Full time — base plus commission — Houston, TX — in the field
You are the person a homeowner meets first. You walk the property, work out what they actually want against what the yard will allow, and carry the job from that first conversation through to a signed agreement the design and build teams can deliver on. This is a consultative sale on a considered purchase, not a volume one.

Project Manager
Full time — salary — Houston, TX — on site
You own a job from the day it is sold to the day the homeowner signs off on it. Sequencing, subs, materials, inspections, and the daily call about what changed. The measure of the role is whether the yard was built the way it was drawn, on the schedule the client was given, without them having to chase anyone for an answer.
Neither of these the job you are after? Tell us what you do and we will keep it on file for when a seat opens.

What You Own
- Run consultations at the property — measure, photograph, and listen before proposing anything.
- Translate a homeowner’s wish list into a scope and a realistic budget, with the design team.
- Present proposals and pricing in person, and handle the objections that come with a five-figure decision.
- Own your pipeline: follow up when you said you would, and keep the CRM honest.
- Hand a sold job to project management cleanly, so nothing is promised that was not scoped.
What You Bring
- Two or more years selling something considered — landscaping, remodeling, pools, roofing, or similar.
- Comfortable quoting from a takeoff and explaining why a number is what it is.
- A valid Texas driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. You will be at properties most days.
- You would rather lose a job than sell one that cannot be built as described.

What You Own
- Own the schedule for several active builds at once, and the sequencing between trades.
- Be on site enough to catch a problem at base prep rather than at final walkthrough.
- Coordinate subs, deliveries, and equipment so a crew never arrives to a job that is not ready.
- Be the single point of contact for the homeowner for the life of the build.
- Run the closeout: punch list, warranty registration, and the handover documents.
What You Bring
- Two or more years running outdoor construction, hardscape, pool, or general construction projects.
- You can read a plan set and a grading plan, and you know what a failed base looks like before the pavers go down.
- A valid Texas driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. You will be moving between sites daily.
- You tell a client bad news early. Nobody here needs a schedule that is only true on paper.
