01 — Warranty

Our Landscape Workmanship Warranty,
Written Into the Agreement.

A landscape is not finished the day the crew leaves. What follows is how we handle the years after — and where to find the exact terms for your project.

  • 01

    Workmanship

The installation is ours to stand behind. If something we built fails because of how it was built, we come back and correct it — the crew that installed it is the crew that returns.

  • 02

    Manufacturer Coverage

Turf, pavers, lighting, irrigation components, and structural materials carry warranties from their manufacturers. We register them in your name where registration applies and hand over the documentation at closeout.

  • 03

    Drainage & Grading

Grade and drainage are designed before anything is paved, and the finished site is checked against that design. Standing water caused by our grading is a workmanship issue, not a maintenance one.

  • 04

    Planting

Plant material is selected for the light, soil, and drainage each bed actually has. Establishment depends on irrigation and care after handoff, so plant coverage is written into your agreement alongside the care schedule.

  • 05

    Written Into the Agreement

Coverage periods, exclusions, and what maintenance is required to keep coverage in force are set out in the project agreement you sign — before construction starts, not after.

  • 06

    Reachable Afterwards

The team that built the yard is still reachable once it is finished. A warranty is only as good as the company still answering the phone.

02 — Your Terms

In writing,
before we start.

Coverage lengths, exclusions, and the maintenance required to keep coverage in force depend on what was installed, so they live in your project agreement rather than on this page. You read them before construction begins — not after something goes wrong.

At closeout you receive the manufacturer documentation for everything installed, registered in your name where the manufacturer requires it, along with the care schedule for the planting and the programming for irrigation and lighting.

03 — If Something Goes Wrong

Call the people who built it.

One call. No claims portal, no ticket number, no chasing a subcontractor who has moved on.

  1. 01

Tell us what you are seeing

Call or email with a photo and the location on the property. Standing water, a settled paver, a light that stopped working, a plant in decline — whatever it is.

  2. 02

    We come look at it

Someone who worked on your project walks the site. Diagnosing whether something is workmanship, a material defect, or maintenance is our job, not yours.

  3. 03

    We fix what is ours

Workmanship issues we correct. Material defects we take up with the manufacturer on your behalf using the registration we filed at closeout.

04 — Make a Request

Tell us what you’re seeing.

Fill this in and somebody who worked on your project will call within one business day to arrange a time to come and look at it. Photos help, but they are not required.

Is It Urgent?

Water where it should not be, or anything unsafe — call rather than filling in a form.

Your Coverage

Coverage lengths and exclusions depend on what was installed, so they live in the project agreement you signed rather than on this page — section 02 above is what the agreement says in general terms.

01 — Your Details

The number to reach you on to arrange the visit.

02 — The Property

The address the work was done at, which is not always where you live now.

Start typing and pick your address, or enter it yourself.

Anything the crew needs to get onto the property.

03 — What You Are Seeing
What is this about? (required)

Choose the closest — we work out the cause when we look at it.

A sentence or two is plenty — it tells us who should come out and what to bring.

Roughly is fine — 'spring 2024', 'about two years ago'.

Up to 5 photos, 10 MB each (JPG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC). A wide shot and a close-up of the same spot tells us more than five of either.

We use these details only to handle your warranty request. See our privacy policy.

Questions about coverage?

Ask before you sign. We would rather explain the terms twice than have them come as a surprise.
