    Anchored to new footings or an existing slab on concealed base plates rated for the load.

    Low-voltage lighting, fans, and heaters run inside the frame so no cable is left visible.

    Screens & Drainage

    Side screens where privacy or sun calls for them, and gutters built into the beams so a louvered roof drains away from the seating.
