01 — Overview

In this innovative landscape project, you’ll immediately notice the strategic use of artificial turf paired with stylish diamond-patterned pavers, which set the tone for a modern outdoor space. Our client expressed a desire for a low-maintenance backyard that seamlessly integrates a comfortable sitting and lounging area alongside a dedicated golf area for their children’s enjoyment. To fulfill this vision, we selected premium-quality artificial turf to blanket the entire backyard, ensuring a lush and vibrant appearance throughout the seasons, regardless of weather conditions.

Design Approach

The design features unique geometric angles, a direct result of the home’s architecture extending into the outdoor space. We cleverly utilized this architectural feature to define two distinct seating and entertainment zones, enhancing the functionality of the backyard. To create a harmonious environment, we carefully curated and installed a variety of seasonal plants around the relaxation areas, adding bursts of color and life that tie the entire design together beautifully.

In addition to the lounging spaces, we incorporated a custom three-hole putting green, thoughtfully designed to echo the shape of the adjacent swimming pool. This addition provides a fun activity for the family and enhances the yard’s overall aesthetic. This video of the project was filmed nearly one year after installation, and as you can see, it still looks brand new.
