For this stunning backyard renovation, our client desired a sophisticated extension of their outdoor living space — a sleek, modern sanctuary with an emphasis on elegance and low-maintenance functionality. Our goal was to create a refined space with shaded areas to comfortably enjoy the warmest months of the year, all while minimizing upkeep.

Design Approach

Our expert design team carefully selected a blend of premium artificial turf and brick pavers for the ground cover, creating a lush, immaculate look that remains flawless year-round. To preserve this polished aesthetic, we meticulously rerouted the gutter downspouts and integrated an underground drainage system, ensuring flawless water management and no pooling.

The centerpiece of this transformation is a custom-built patio cover, crafted with rich, stained wood to evoke a sense of natural luxury. The roof was seamlessly matched to the existing architecture of the home, offering a cohesive and harmonious extension that feels original to the property. Finally, we incorporated our signature diagonal turf patio design, adding a striking, contemporary flair that elevates the entire space to a new level of sophistication.
