01 — Overview

This project was designed to elevate the property while staying true to the home’s traditional architecture. From the beginning, the focus was on creating a cohesive outdoor space that felt like a natural extension of the house rather than an afterthought.

Design Approach

We began with a full design plan to ensure every detail served a purpose. A custom patio cover and outdoor kitchen were built to seamlessly integrate with the home’s structure, using thin keystone brick that mirrors the existing architectural elements and creates a timeless, cohesive look.

To balance the hardscape, we incorporated custom planters that add softness and greenery throughout the space. High-end artificial turf provides a clean, low-maintenance lawn, complemented by large-format stepping stones that create both visual interest and functional pathways.

Privacy trees were layered along the perimeter to create depth and screening, while a thoughtfully integrated dog run ensures the space is both beautiful and practical for everyday living.

The result is a well-balanced outdoor environment where architecture, landscaping, and functionality come together.
