A gate is the one piece of metalwork that gets used every day, so the hinge posts, the frame, and the operator have to be sized for the weight and the cycle count. We fabricate and hang the gate and commission the automation as one job rather than two trades blaming each other.

    Gate Design

    Swing or slide decided by the drive, the grade, and the room available, with the infill drawn to match the fence or the house.

    Fabrication

    Steel or aluminum frames welded, or cedar-clad frames built, with the weight kept off the latch side.

  • 03

    Posts & Footings

    Hinge and receiver posts set in deep concrete footings so a heavy leaf cannot pull a post out of plumb.

  • 04

    Automation

    Swing or slide operators, keypads, remotes, intercom, and vehicle loops installed and programmed.

  • 05

    Safety & Power

    Photo eyes, edge sensors, manual release, and a power supply run to code so the gate is safe around cars and children.

  • 06

    Ironwork & Repairs

    Handrails, panels, brackets, and repairs to existing metalwork fabricated to the same detail as the gate.
