Lines, levels, and falls set out and formed on site so the finished surface drains where it should.

Base & Compaction
Subgrade cut, filled, and compacted to the depth the load needs, whether that is a footpath or a turning apron.

Reinforcement
Rebar or mesh sized and positioned, with thickened edges and footings where the slab carries a wall or a structure.
- 04
Pour & Finish
Placed, screeded, and finished to the specified texture — broom, sand, exposed aggregate, or a smooth trowel under tile.

Jointing & Curing
Control and expansion joints cut on a considered grid, then cured so the slab gains strength rather than drying out.
- 06
Demolition & Replacement
Failed slabs, drives, and walkways broken out and hauled away before the new pour goes down.
